This is my countour drawing from chapter 8 of Complete Idiot’s Guide to Drawing. This is really the first exercise where everything is up to you, subject, composition, range. I found it challenging. This was a quick sketch, and I’ll probably do a couple more before moving on. Time to buy some fruit so I can make that still life!
